It has been revealed by the Environmental Transport Association (ETA) that recent changes to the law have meant that cars which emit less that 100g of CO2 per kilometer traveled will be exempt from paying Road Tax or Vehicle Excise Duty, despite this, motorcycles are still expected to pay.
